Our present turn around time is still running 2 to 3 Business Days and we see no reason that this should change in the future, based on our present staffing..

on Monday, Wednesday and Friday we process and ship orders  - we can accommodate a special request when time is an issue.

on Tuesday and Thursday we publish Special Request orders and Shadow Box Presentations. 

When you get your material, check everything over good for errors, we are all Old Vets here, a (our old eyes aren’t what they use to be),  there may be an occasional mistake. If you catch any, drop us an email and we will send out a replacement ASAP.

The Shadow Box Certificate may take a day or so longer based on the fact that each one is unique to the individual, and very time consuming to compile.
